I've reproduced here the 4 pages of trail descriptions that were published in the Fall 2005 Parkscope. The parks and the trails can be found in more detail (and with maps) at the Metro Park website: Metro Parks - Central Ohio Park System. These four pages, however, form a nice compact and comprehensive list and I thought it would be a good reference.
